Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role within a technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Familiarity with software development processes and cloud-based technologies is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster) are highly preferred.
- Experience in projects involving cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to participate in technical discussions and provide insight to the project team.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop comprehensive project plans; manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination between team members and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to handle issues proactively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and any challenges encountered.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure projects align with best practices and technical standards and contribute to technical discussions when necessary.
- Track project progress using appropriate tools and metrics; prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
- Recommend and implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle, including planning, execution, and final delivery.
