We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead key account management for Dairy & Beverages in Local Modern Trade, International Modern Trade and eCommerce channels in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, build strong customer relationships and develop high-performing teams

Experience:

  • Experience: 2-4 years FMCG experience required preferably dairy sales (Key account management (FMCG/retail industry).
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
  • Looking for someone who is customer-focused and can act with speed and decisiveness to achieve the best results. Must be able to take responsibility for their assigned work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to make an impact.

Vacancy Description

  • Achieve brand wise volumes & value targets for Dairy & Beverages for Modern trade and eCommerce (B2B and B2C).
  • Deliver on annual S&OP number of Modern Trade.
  • Lead the development and embedding of Key Accounts strategies (LMT and ICAs) and plans in line with business and customer requirements.
  • Develop strong customer relationship including joint business planning.
  • Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed key accounts targets/KPIs.
  • Responsible to ensure that all Compliance criteria are met for KAs, RSOs, e-tailers.
  • Ensure complete support and collaboration with Shopper Marketing and Regional Managers to ensure alignment of category and channel plans, including alignment on investment.
  • Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of TSMs.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in key accounts department processes and systems.
  • Develop price flooring for RSOs to ensure price competitiveness, while mitigating channel conflict.
  • Design consumer deals for B2C players.
  • Monitor, measure and maintain reports on performance to drive attainment of defined objectives.
  • Lead, develop, and ensure implementation of customer plans that are aligned with overall business strategies to ensure the best FC product commercialization.
  • Identify and evaluate new customer and shopper segments for targeted execution, implement systems and controls to achieve flawless execution for plans. Develop and motivate business partners and team members.
  • Creating an in-store impact through driving trade and category management KPIs through JBP activities.
  • Drive eCommerce by deploying principles of Availability, Visibility and Accessibility across e-tailers and RSO platforms.
  • Development and performance of the online business working, with Channels and Customer Finance partners, to deliver growth targets in each subsequent month.
  • Monitoring category and brands performance against market, evaluating the effectiveness of promotions, activities, and takes corrective action, as needed to ensure achievement of business goals.
