The TSM eCom will be responsible for managing and optimizing Friesland Campina Engro Pakistan’s online presence and e-sales focused on consumer markets. This role requires strategic planning, relationship management with key eCommerce platforms, and a keen understanding of digital marketing and consumer behavior.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration


Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in e-Commerce with some Reputed FMCG or eTailer


Skills:

  • eCommerce & Digital Skills
  • Understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Delivery Hero, Deal Cart, Daraz)
  • Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
  • Market research & trend analysis in eCommerce
  • Online customer experience (UI/UX) best practices
  • Sales & Account Management
  • Sales performance monitoring and optimization
  • Account management with key online retailers and platforms
  • Promotions & campaign planning to drive traffic and sales
  • Customer insights & feedback analysis

Vacancy Description

  • Distribution Management: Manage end to end operations & business of our e-Commerce distribution.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key eCommerce platforms such as Delivery Hero, Deal Cart, Daraz and other relevant B2C channels.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and drive sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Promotions and Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained for online channels.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform strategy and improve the customer experience
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance online visibility and engagement through SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on eCommerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest eCommerce trends, tools, and technologies. Benchmark against competitors and implement best practices.
  • Claim Processing: Manage, upload and execute all discounts & claims through Trade Octane ensuring monthly rebate settlement for all e-Tailers & Distributors
  • Order Processing: Verify punching all orders with SOO/Regions in line with the PO's given from the e-Tailers.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer experience by implementing best practices in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. Ensure a seamless and satisfying customer journey.
  • Fulfilment of the requirement related to environmental safety, food safety and occupational health and safety is the primary responsibility of the position, in line of the ISO 9001, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, ISO 22000, DuPont and the International Food Standards applicable at FCEPL.
