Therapeutic Specialist (Oncology and Ophthalmology)

The foremost responsibility of this position is to implement Sales & promotion strategies and achieve targets set by management i.e. Increase market share and product growth in the relevant markets.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve sales, volume, growth, market share and listing targets for assigned brands.
• Plan, orchestrate and execute HCP engagements, aligned with Multi Channel Cycle Plan (MCCP) by tailored Patient Focused interactions (PFI) using right content based on HCP needs and priorities.
• Report customer engagement activities in Veeva Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and take advantage of all available functionality for enhancing customer interaction and experiences.
• Monitor and communicate competition activity to Business Manager to reflect Market Dynamics and potential counteracts.
• Organize / Set–up regular scientific updates (e.g. Continued Medical Education - CME, Scientific Meetings) for HCP groups in alignment with defined marketing Strategies.
• Self-develop on latest medical / Clinical knowledge, brand strategy and tactics, competitive landscape and standard platforms in order to challenge the status quo.
• Collaborate with, provide feedback to Sales / Marketing on MCCP strategies and tactics, and identify potential new sources of business.
• Monitoring distributor stock and sales
• Give scientific presentations to HCPs
• Visit HCPs
• Emailing distributor to Supply Eylea to HCP
• Develop plan in and present in MBRMs
• Share performance and action plan in quarterly meeting
• Record keeping of Bayer material
• Comply with local regulations, industry and company policies, code of conduct, PV and MA guidelines.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Education: B.Sc./ Pharm D/MBA
• Experience: Atleast 5 Years, experience of Ophthalmology and Oncology will be preferred
• Effective Communication & Presentation skills
• Proficient in VEEVA CRM use and reporting.
• Motivated and adaptable, Collaborate with Accountability, Co-create for customers, Act, Learn Fast and Evolve.
