Overview: Leads the development and implementation of training programs for the Customer Support, Vendor Operations and Rider Operations teams.
(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing
- Structuring the training roadmap for the new joiners and refreshments for the tenure employees.
- Developing and implementing training programs for CS, Vops and Rops teams, including new hire orientation, on-the-job training, refreshment training and development programs
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, recommending and guaranteeing improvements implementation.
- Ensuring that training programs are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Managing the training budget and ensuring that all training programs are cost-effective.
- Structuring and updating data and reports regarding the training impacts.
- Keep alignment with stakeholders regarding updated needs and statuses of training programs.
- Structure the roadmap and keep track of progress of the digital content creation in line with the digital strategy of the L&D team. Quality assurance, and guidance the team in implementing digital learning strategies.
- Manage the implementation and/or inputs on the learning systems applicable.
