Strategic Consultant (PWC and EY or big firm)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Strategy Consultant to join our Strategy & Operations team. As part of a Big 4 firm, you will work with high-performing professionals to deliver innovative strategies that address our clients' most pressing business challenges. The role involves providing advisory services across various industries, leveraging data-driven insights, and supporting the implementation of strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis and Advisory:
• Conduct detailed market, competitor, and client analyses to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Client Engagement:
• Build trusted relationships with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with client teams to develop tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals.
• Project Management:
• Lead or support strategy projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Solution Development:
• Use advanced analytics and data visualization tools to derive actionable insights.
• Create business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Thought Leadership:
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base by developing whitepapers, case studies, and other thought leadership content.
• Team Development:
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Experience:
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Proven track record in delivering strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation development.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with project management tools.
• Leadership and team collaboration abilities.

• Experience in specific industries such as financial services, healthcare, technology, or energy.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, or cloud computing.
• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma) is a plus.
