- Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Process visa applications and coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa agents.
- Manage hotel bookings, reservations, and related travel arrangements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of airline schedules, fare rules, and visa requirements.
- Communicate with clients to understand travel requirements and provide suitable options.
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, visas, and hotel confirmations.
- Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining service quality
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in ticketing, visa processing, and hotel bookings.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
