Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Upwork Bidder located in Lahore. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant job postings, crafting compelling proposals, maintaining initial communication with potential clients, and managing the bidding process. The role includes market research, understanding client requirements, and ensuring the acquisition of projects that align with the company's capabilities.


Qualifications

  • Experience with Upwork
  • Excellent Proposal Writing, Negotiation, and Client Communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Web & Mobile Applications, SAAS, and AI/ML technologies
  • Proven track record of successful bids and client acquisition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role within the technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
