We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our product and design team. This full-time, onsite position at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore, involves working on a variety of digital products, transforming complex requirements into user-friendly designs that deliver a seamless experience.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals
- Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to guide design decisions
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits for consistent product design
- Translate feedback into thoughtful design improvements
- Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across different devices and platforms
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies
- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Experience with responsive design, web/mobile layouts, and component-based design systems
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development practices is a plus
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and user testing methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user interface and user experience design work
