Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting seamless, visually engaging digital experiences across both web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to turn user needs into intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Working Hours: Night Shift 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PKT

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting seamless, visually engaging digital experiences across both web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to turn user needs into intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Design clean, user-friendly interfaces and enhance the overall user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design.
- Refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI/UX style guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform usability.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end technologies is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development teams.
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms.
- Skills in motion graphics or animation are a bonus.
