Job Summary:

As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and securing software development projects. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of success on Upwork or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Bid Management: Identify and bid on relevant projects that align with our services. Prepare and submit compelling proposals tailored to project requirements.
• ⁠Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients, conduct initial consultations, and negotiate project terms.
• ⁠Profile Management: Optimize our Upwork profile to showcase our strengths and maintain an updated portfolio.
• ⁠Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
• ⁠Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, secure repeat business, and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• ⁠1-3 years of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms.
• ⁠Strong technical understanding of software development services.
• ⁠Proven success in winning projects and achieving sales targets.
• ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
