- 6 months to 3 years of experience writing proposals for freelance platforms (preferably Upwork)
- Ability to craft personalized, high-converting proposals
- Strong understanding of software services and related technologies
- A proven track record of winning freelance projects through written proposals
- Experience with CRM tools
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Use of generic templates for custom proposals
