User Experience Architect

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UX Architect. This role will be responsible for leading user experience strategy, creating intuitive design solutions, and ensuring seamless interactions across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design, be skilled in building user personas, and have expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. Experience in the apparel retail industry is highly preferred, as this role will focus on designing experiences that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction within an eCommerce retail environment.

Requirements

• Develop UX strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights through analytics, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain personas, user journeys, and experience maps.
• Develop and maintain a structured, logical, and scalable information architecture.
• Organize content and functionality into intuitive navigation structures, ensuring clear and efficient interaction pathways.
• Design wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and mockups to represent user flows and interactions.
• Create responsive, mobile-first design solutions that are adaptable across various devices.
• Collaborate with product teams to design and deliver intuitive interfaces.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision to communicate design concepts.
• Ensure consistency of design elements with brand guidelines and modern UI/UX principles.
• Present and justify design decisions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collect feedback from users and iterate on designs to ensure optimal functionality and satisfaction.

Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX architecture or UX design roles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS; ability to collaborate with front-end developers.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Experience in conducting and interpreting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to assess UX performance.
• Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects and detailing your design process and outcomes.
• Experience with motion design and animations.
• Ability to mentor junior designers or lead design teams.
