TaxGPT Lahore Office: In-Person

• Lead design initiatives across a broad spectrum of product features, from concept through to launch, in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Create pixel-perfect, user-centered designs for web and mobile that balance functionality with aesthetic appeal.
• Conduct and implement UX processes such as user interviews, journey mapping, prototyping, and feedback loops.
• Develop and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data-driven insights to optimize the user experience.
• Collaborate regularly with team members in design reviews, working together to refine and enhance our design language and product quality.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with hands-on experience across web and mobile.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Ability to transform complex workflows into intuitive user interfaces.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with a focus on empathizing with users to deliver impactful designs.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to bring designs to life with precision.

• Experience designing for AI, fintech, SaaS, or complex enterprise-level products.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, data-driven design, and building design systems.
• Prior experience in a startup or agile environment.

If you pass the design assignment screening, we will invite you for a 45-minute video interview. 15 to 30 minutes will be dedicated to your assignment review and technical questions. 15 minutes for general Q & A.
