Virtual Assistant (US Operations – On-Site)


Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our US-based operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent organizational habits, and the ability to manage administrative tasks, customer interactions, and coordination duties efficiently while working on-site.


Job Overview

The Virtual Assistant will handle daily operational and support tasks including responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, managing schedules, updating documents, and ensuring smooth workflow for US clients and business processes. This role requires multitasking, professionalism, and a strong customer-first mindset.


Key Responsibilities


Communication & Support

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and internal platforms.
  • Provide clear information regarding services, processes, instructions, and project details.
  • Assist with customer or client concerns and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional tone across all communication channels.


Administrative & Operations Support

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and task lists.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or service vendors as required.
  • Monitor ongoing tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist with checklists, documentation, and workflow processes.


Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate data in CRMs or management systems.
  • Update spreadsheets, booking sheets, and project trackers.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on tasks, issues, and progress.
  • Keep all records organized and up to date.


Process Support

  • Assist in resolving recurring operational issues.
  • Contribute ideas to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Help update SOPs and internal guidelines.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience as a VA, CSR, admin support, or operations assistant (preferred).
  • Strong English communication (written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and online tools.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Punctual and reliable for on-site work.

Shift: US Timing (7 PM – 4 AM PKT)

Work Type: On-site | Full-Time

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 130,000
