Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Virtual Medical Assistant at EZ MD Solutions. As a Virtual Medical Assistant you will be responsible to provide administrative and clinical support to our network of healthcare providers. This role manages patient appointments, assists with telehealth visits, coordinates care, supports documentation, and serves as a virtual receptionist.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent phone communication and documentation abilities
• Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical workflows and health insurance processes
• Proficiency with telehealth software, EHR platforms, and office productivity suites
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced remote environment
• Professional demeanor, empathy, and commitment to patient confidentiality
• PharmD/DPT/Nurses/ or other medical grads will be preferred
• 1+ years experience in a clinical support role preferred
• Fluency in English is a must
