Web3 Community Lead

droppGroup is seeking a passionate and strategic Web3 Community Lead to grow and engage our decentralized ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain culture, and community dynamics, with a proven track record of building engaged, loyal communities across platforms. You will be the voice and bridge between droppGroup and its global community, fostering meaningful relationships and driving advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a community engagement strategy aligned with droppGroup’s Web3 initiatives and roadmap.
• Act as the main point of contact for community members across Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Farcaster, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Host community calls, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and online events to keep users informed and engaged.
• Drive user education around droppGroup’s products, protocols, and token utility by creating and curating content.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to sync messaging and gather community feedback.
• Monitor community sentiment, surface insights, and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and trust.
• Identify, onboard, and manage ambassadors, contributors, and moderators to scale community activity.
• Track KPIs and provide regular reporting on community growth, sentiment, and engagement.
• Stay ahead of Web3 culture, crypto-native trends, and platform innovations to ensure droppGroup remains culturally relevant.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in community management, preferably in Web3, crypto, or open-source projects.
• Deep understanding of decentralized technologies, DAOs, NFTs, DeFi, and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build, grow, and retain active community participation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a voice that resonates with Web3-native audiences.
• Hands-on experience managing Discord, Telegram, and Twitter communities.
• Familiarity with community analytics, tooling, and moderation best practices.
• Comfortable hosting live sessions, engaging with users, and managing public dialogue.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced, decentralized environments.

Bonus: Experience working on tokenized ecosystems or coordinating DAO/community governance initiatives.
