Position: Workday Financials Support Consultant

Workday Financials Support Consultant at Systems Ltd provides expert-level support and maintenance for Workday Financials modules, ensuring seamless financial operations and aligning system functionality with organizational needs and best practices.

Responsibilities

• System Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Budgeting, and other financial functionalities.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and technical problems to maintain efficient and uninterrupted system operations.
• Configuration and Enhancement: Configure and enhance Workday Financials to meet evolving business requirements and align with best practices.
• Compliance Collaboration: Work closely with finance and IT teams to ensure configurations comply with organizational financial processes, policies, and regulations.
• Testing and Implementation: Assist with testing and implementation of new functionality, features, or updates within Workday Financials modules.
• User Support: Provide guidance and support to users on system functionality to ensure optimal utilization of financial modules.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with business users to identify and implement process improvements for increased system efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday Financials, including modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Budgeting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining financial systems to align with business processes.
• Familiarity with financial processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
