Job Description

• Create structured workflow diagrams showing steps, decision points, dependencies, and conditional paths.
• Document processes with step-by-step instructions, highlighting approvals, critical steps, and optional tasks.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or unclear handoffs in workflows and suggest improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation of workflows and process guidelines for teams and automation systems.
• Use different tools like for workflow visualization.
• Track updates and improvements to workflows over time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of backend processes and how tasks interact across systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Comfortable using diagramming or visualization tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify map dependencies, conditional steps, and process flows effectively.
