Job Description

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Waze, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Bing, and other emerging channels.
• Set up, track, and analyze campaign performance using: UTM parameters, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), and Meta pixels and other tracking pixels
• Leverage AI tools for ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and social media teams to design high-performing campaigns.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and ROI to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest global trends in paid advertising, analytics, and AI-driven ad management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience, preferably with international campaign exposure.
• Hands-on experience with advanced tracking and analytics (GA4, UTM, pixels).
• Expertise across multiple advertising platforms, including non-traditional channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, Waze, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Bing, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of AI tools for ad management, ad creation, and campaign optimization is essential.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
