Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and certification of aircraft in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures. The successful candidate will ensure aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and airworthiness while supporting on-time operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, engines, and aircraft systems.
- Inspect aircraft for defects, damage, and wear in accordance with approved maintenance programs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and avionics faults.
- Carry out repairs, component replacements, modifications, and functional testing.
- Certify maintenance work and issue Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) where authorized.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements, manufacturer manuals, and company procedures.
- Complete maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with maintenance planning, engineering, flight operations, and quality assurance teams.
- Maintain aircraft tooling, equipment, and work areas in a clean and serviceable condition.
- Report safety hazards, technical defects, and occurrences through the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Participate in line maintenance, base maintenance, A-checks, C-checks, and aircraft recovery activities as required.
- Support aircraft-on-ground (AOG) troubleshooting and recovery when necessary.
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License issued by the applicable aviation authority (e.g., EASA Part-66, FAA A&P, ICAO-recognized authority, GCAA, or relevant national authority).
- Relevant Aircraft Type Rating(s) (e.g., A320 Family, B737 NG/MAX, B787, A330, etc.) preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Human Factors and Fuel Tank Safety training (where applicable).
- Knowledge of aviation safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 2–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience in a commercial aviation environment.
- Experience in line maintenance and/or base maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with turbine-powered aircraft.
- Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (AMOS, TRAX, Ramco, or similar) is an advantage.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High level of integrity and commitment to safety
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Multiple aircraft type ratings.
- Experience with Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, ATR, or Bombardier aircraft.
- Experience in troubleshooting AOG situations.
- Quality Assurance or Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO) experience is an advantage.
- Experience working in an EASA Part-145, FAA Part 145, or equivalent approved maintenance organization.
