Appointment Setter & SDR

About The Role

We are hiring an Appointment Setter & SDR to work on a US client account. You will contact senior US executives (C-suite and VPs) from warm lists provided by the client, book meetings with them, and manage the scheduling and follow-up around each meeting. You will be the client's first point of contact, so accuracy, professionalism, and reliability matter a lot in this role.

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: US Eastern business hours (approx. 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to senior US executives from client-provided warm lists to set appointments
• Schedule meetings by location and time zone, send confirmations and reminders, and handle rescheduling
• Maintain appointment sheets and contact data accurately and keep them up to date
• Follow up by phone and email with prospects until a meeting is confirmed or the lead is closed out
• Handle the dedicated client phone line and email inbox
• Act as the first point of contact for the client, responding promptly and escalating issues when needed
• Share daily or weekly updates on calls made, meetings booked, and pending follow-ups
  
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear, neutral accent and a professional tone
• Ability to speak confidently with senior executives
• 1 to 3 years of experience in appointment setting, BDR/SDR, US process.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with names, dates, time zones, and contact data
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience with a CRM is a plus
• Good time management and the ability to work independently
• Willing to work the US night shift on a fixed schedule
• Reliable internet and availability for the full shift

• Experience working on US or UK client accounts
• Familiarity with calendar and scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly)
• Experience with dialer or VoIP tools
