  • Manage day to day accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost control and process improvements.
  • Supervise, guide, train, and develop the staff under reporting.
  • Support ERP SAP related accounting activities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain proper financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Review and monitor Accounts Payable AP, Accounts Receivable AR, and Fixed Assets accounting activities. Perform bank, vendor, customer, and intercompany reconciliations. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and review sales tax, withholding tax, and income tax-related schedules and returns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documentation.
  • Monitor cash flow and support working capital management.
  • Qualification and Experience: ACCA qualified or CA Finalist or equivalent education, 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Accounts, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
