Sky47 is looking for highly skilled and technically proficient “Assistant Manager UI/UX” to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Perform usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design practices to incorporate into projects.
• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Track and analyze user engagement metrics to refine and optimize the user experience.
• Represent SKY47 in discussions with clients and stakeholders regarding design requirements and deliverables.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data.
• Work closely with all the relevant stakeholder on Company’s brand and communication plan.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in IT services, cloud solutions, or related industries.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and design.
• Hands on experience in digital marketing tools, branding, and go-to-market.

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design, Interaction Design, or equivalent. AWS/Azure/GCPCertified Cloud Practitioner, VMware) are a plus.

Expertise:

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
• Experience in designing for web and mobile applications across multiple devices and platforms.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with project requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
