Position: Tax Manager

Eligibility Criteria

• CA Finalist / CA Inter
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant taxation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani Tax Laws, FBR regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in handling Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, and corporate tax matters.
• Candidates with manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.

Job Overview

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Tax Manager to oversee the company's taxation matters and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should possess practical experience in tax compliance, tax filings, FBR correspondence, and regulatory requirements within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Withholding Tax compliance requirements.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
• Ensure timely submission of tax statements and statutory reports.
• Handle tax notices, audits, assessments, and correspondence with FBR and other regulatory authorities.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure company compliance.
• Review tax deductions and withholding tax obligations.
• Manage sales tax reconciliations, adjustments, and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain accurate tax records and supporting documentation.
• Assist management in tax planning and compliance-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax regulations.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Pakistan Income Tax Ordinance, Sales Tax Act, and withholding tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with FBR IRIS Portal and e-filing systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
