Lead the development of advanced machine learning models for our enterprise clients, focusing on NLP and computer vision applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning systems for production environments
- Develop and optimize deep learning models with a focus on NLP and computer vision
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML systems into client products
- Mentor junior ML engineers and contribute to technical direction
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to solve complex business problems
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience with machine learning
- Expert in PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience deploying ML models to production
- Strong mathematical background in statistics and linear algebra
- Experience with NLP models like BERT, GPT, or T5
- Knowledge of computer vision architectures like CNNs, transformers
- Experience with ML platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
- Publications in top-tier ML conferences or journals
- Experience in a domain such as healthcare, finance, or retail
