As an Associate Enrollment Executive, you will manage provider enrollments with healthcare payers, vendors, and clearinghouses. Responsibilities include processing EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments, verifying payer requirements, analyzing enrollment data, interpreting payer responses and rejections, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely enrollment processing.
Job Responsibilities
- Process EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments while ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
- Verify payer/vendor requirements and follow up on enrollment requests, approvals, and rejections. Analyze enrollment data, maintain records and interpret payer responses, acknowledgments, and claim rejections.
- Support HCFA 1500 alignment, plan mapping, duplicate plan merging, and payer mapping activities.
- Coordinate with EDI Support, IT and management for required access and system configurations.
- Prepare enrollment status reports and contribute to process improvements and team collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in provider enrollment, healthcare operations, eligibility, claims, or customer support.
- Basic knowledge of EDI, ERA, EFT, clearinghouse and payer enrollment processes is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, MS Office, planning and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented, dependable and eager to learn.
