The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. This individual will work closely with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to evaluate sales trends, stock turnover, and vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement. The analyst prepares detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to aid management in understanding key performance indicators and making informed business decisions. This role is vital in conducting market research, competitor pricing analysis, and demand forecasting to enhance business performance and profitability.

With a focus on streamlining inventory and order-fulfillment processes, the Business Analyst collaborates with multiple departments to ensure alignment on business initiatives. The analyst monitors critical KPIs such as sales figures, stock accuracy, and order turnaround times, producing periodic performance reports to track progress. Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to identify operational needs.
• Assess sales trends, stock turnover rates, and vendor performance to pinpoint opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Develop and prepare detailed reports, interactive dashboards, and presentations using tools like Power BI and Excel to support management decision-making.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor pricing analysis, and demand forecasting to guide strategic planning.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize inventory management and streamline order-fulfillment workflows.
• Monitor key performance indicators including sales metrics, stock accuracy, and order turnaround times, generating regular performance reports.
• Assist in budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis for launching new product lines or delivery routes.
• Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, and warehouse departments to ensure clear communication and alignment on business objectives and initiatives.
• Utilize data analysis techniques such as gap analysis and KPI monitoring to evaluate business performance and suggest actionable improvements.
• Maintain and improve reporting standards by leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel features, including pivot tables, to ensure accurate and meaningful data visualization.
