Vivo Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst / Business Analysis Executive to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business objectives and technological solutions by gathering and analyzing business requirements across multiple departments including Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Services. The Business Analyst is responsible for conducting detailed market and industry analyses and utilizing data analysis tools to support decision-making processes. This includes preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards that convey insightful findings and actionable recommendations to senior management. The person in this role will contribute to strategy development and implementation, coordinate project requirements, and handle business operations remotely for the Algerian market. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Services to identify and document business requirements and objectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices using historical data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Utilize data analysis tools and perform in-depth research to support data-driven business decision-making.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and cross-functional teams to communicate findings and proposals effectively.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement across various business functions.
• Assist in developing and implementing business strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Support project management teams by providing clear business requirements and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and project members.
• Participate actively in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to share expertise and contribute innovative ideas.
• Effectively communicate changes and work requirements to branch offices across Pakistan to ensure consistent operations.
• Manage and oversee business operations remotely for the Algerian market, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of tasks.
• Administer and manage the V-Work and Document Management System (DMS) to support operational workflows.
• Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly inventory and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive inventory and sales reports to support business forecasting and decision-making.
• Generate effective distribution analysis reports to optimize inventory allocation and product placement.
• Develop analysis reports focused on image and shelf board performance within shops to guide merchandising efforts.
