Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business development, B2B sales, and lead generation.
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn and professional networking.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct online research and identify potential prospects.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential prospects through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists based on target industries and client profiles.
  • Assist with LinkedIn outreach and connection-building activities.
  • Conduct company and market research to support business development initiatives.
  • Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information.
  • Track outreach activities and prepare daily or weekly progress reports.
  • Support the Business Development team with lead generation and prospect qualification.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prospect information is accurate and up to date.
  • Continuously learn business development strategies, LinkedIn best practices, and industry trends.


Working Hours:

6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
