RT Tech Solutions Group (RTTSG) is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Business Development Interns.
Who Can Apply?
Fresh Graduates (BSCS, BSIT, Software Engineering, or related fields)
Candidates with excellent English communication skills
Experienced professionals with knowledge of IT Sales, Lead Generation, or the Staff Augmentation business model are also encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
• Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach.
• Connect with HR Managers, CTOs, COOs, CFOs, and other decision-makers.
• Build client relationships through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Support IT staffing and staff augmentation business development activities.
• Work with CRM tools and contribute to business growth.
