ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking diligent, dedicated, and dynamic individuals to join our Lahore, Pakistan office as Business Development Specialist (Liquid Handling Portfolio for EU region). Candidates should exhibit hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented capabilities, thriving in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities include initiating contact with potential customers through cold calling/emailing and demonstrating them on the technical aspects of our applications and products, and to secure successful deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and generate new leads/customers in the EU region.
- Engage in discussions and do online meetings with prospects to qualify leads and drive sales.
- Prepare proposals/quotes utilizing CRM systems for prospective clients.
- Perform effective online demonstrations for potential customers.
- Coordinate with other sales team members and departments to meet territory goals and targets.
- Manage the existing sales pipeline effectively.
- Identify market trends and customer requirements.
- Exhibit strong understanding of the product portfolio.
- Developing short/medium/long-term sales pipelines aligned with sales objectives.
- Formulate quarterly strategies for lead generation to maximize positive outcomes efficiently.
- Play a pivotal role in crafting presentations and demonstrations for potential business opportunities.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of market competitors to facilitate effective negotiations.
- Generate email campaigns within the assigned territory for enhanced awareness of our products.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent.
- Experience in laboratory, pharmaceutical, or biotech sales is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work 45 hours per week.
