Job Description:
- Assist in brainstorming, researching, and developing content ideas across various platforms including but not limited to blogs, social media, videos, podcasts, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with the company’s goals, target audience, and brand identity.
- Contribute to content creation efforts by writing articles, blog posts, social media posts, scripts, or other forms of content as needed.
- Assist in content planning and scheduling to ensure a consistent and timely publishing calendar.
- Help monitor and analyze the performance of content across different channels using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to suggest innovative content ideas and strategies.
- Support the content team in various administrative tasks such as organizing files, conducting research, and maintaining content databases.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and grammar.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling with the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
- Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience with content creation, blogging, social media management, or digital marketing is a plus.
