We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator to drive growth across different Social Media Platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, creating, and curating viral content that maximizes reach, and engagement. You should have a sharp eye for trends, a strong sense of virality, and hands-on skills in producing visually compelling content catering to western audiences.

• Research and identify viral trends, memes, formats, and hot topics to create highly engaging video and photo content for western audiences.
• Create, edit, and design content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, and Photoshop
• Analyze content performance to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities to replicate successful viral strategies.
• Stay up to date with social media platform algorithm changes, emerging content styles, and platform updates.
• Ensure all published content complies with Community Standards and platform guidelines.
  
  

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media growth, content creation, or trend-based content management.
• Proven experience in creating, managing, and scaling viral social media content.
• Hands-on experience with video editing and design softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Canva is a must.
• Strong creative judgement and a clear understanding of what makes content shareable and engaging.
• Strong English language and research skills with the ability to dig deep into trends, competitors, and audience behavior to find high-performing content ideas.
• Broad-minded, and open to experimenting with diverse content styles, formats, and ideas for international audiences.
• Ability to quickly spot trends and adapt content to capitalize on them.
  
  

Creative, trend-savvy, and adaptable with strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines, think creatively, and collaborate effectively.Experience managing social media pages, understanding Western audience trends, creating short-form video content, using AI content tools, and analyzing social media performance.
