We’re Hiring: Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

We are looking for an experienced CRO Specialist who can improve customer journeys and turn website traffic into measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate should be capable of optimizing conversions across different websites and digital platforms, with strong hands-on experience working with Shopify stores.

Key responsibilities:

• Audit websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels

• Identify friction points across the customer journey

• Develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies

• Plan, run, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests

• Analyze user behavior using GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel data

• Improve landing pages, product discovery, forms, cart, checkout, and mobile UX

• Collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and product teams

• Increase conversion rates, lead generation, average order value, and revenue per visitor

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization

• Strong analytical, UX, experimentation, and problem-solving skills

• Practical experience optimizing Shopify stores

• Ability to present measurable results from previous CRO projects

• Familiarity with CRO, analytics, and testing tools

We need someone who can do more than produce audit reports. You should be able to prioritize opportunities, guide implementation, test improvements, and demonstrate their commercial impact.
