Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a creative agency or brand-side creative role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated digital campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
  • Understanding of social media, digital content, and paid advertising creatives.
  • Ability to translate briefs into effective creative directions and executions.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, content creators, and performance marketing teams.
  • Understanding of campaign KPIs and creative optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Create campaign ideas aligned with brand goals and target audience needs.
  • Plan and oversee content for social media, digital ads, videos, and marketing campaigns.
  • Turn briefs into clear creative concepts and execution plans.
  • Contribute to content creation, copywriting, reviews, and creative improvements.
  • Work closely with performance marketing teams to optimize campaign creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and refine creatives to improve results.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
  • Support content shoots, production activities, and AI-powered creative projects.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and new content formats.
