  • Plan and send seller communications through email, Instant messaging, push notifications, and WhatsApp
  • Write clear messages in English, and Roman Urdu.
  • Manage seller data, audience segmentation, communication calendars, and campaign reporting.
  • Track delivery, open rates, clicks, and seller engagement to improve future communications.
  • Coordinate with Commercial, Operations, Compliance, Seller Support, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Support and independently manage assigned seller engagement projects.
  • Manage seller communities, share updates, monitor feedback, and escalate recurring concerns.
  • Ensure all communications are accurate, timely, and sent to the correct seller segments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Good command of Excel or Google Sheets and confidence working with data.
  • Comfortable learning CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project-management skills.
  • Previous experience in CRM, e-commerce, communications, or community management is preferred.
