About the Role

Beetrons is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
• Manage complaints professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet performance targets while maintaining high service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and customer support platforms is a plus.
• Must be available to work full-time, onsite.
