Our client Work Together is hiring a Draftsman (Quantity Control Drawings) in Rawalpindi.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman specializing in Quantity Control Drawings to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans that support our construction projects, ensuring all measurements and specifications meet the necessary standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed drawings for construction projects, focusing on quantity control aspects.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to gather requirements and clarify project scope.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes in project specifications.
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify design layouts.
- Ensure that all drawings adhere to company standards and local regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure alignment between designs and material specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of quantity take-offs and estimates.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Draftsman, with a focus on quantity control drawings.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Ability to interpret engineering and architectural sketches and plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with various departments.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in drafting, particularly with quantity control drawings.
- Certification in a relevant CAD software, such as AutoCAD, is preferred.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position, on-site work setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours if required to meet project deadlines.
