Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Executive with strong expertise in Amazon Private Label operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing Amazon seller accounts, launching and optimizing Private Label products, and handling end-to-end marketplace operations.

This role is not suitable for candidates who simply copy or follow existing ("me-too") listings. We are looking for someone who understands how to build and manage unique, competitive product listings while following Amazon's policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations.
• Handle complete Amazon Private Label account operations.
• Create original, optimized product listings with high-quality titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
• Conduct product and keyword research to improve product visibility and sales.
• Manage listing variations, inventory, pricing, and catalog updates.
• Coordinate product launches and monitor listing performance.
• Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and account-related challenges.
• Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular operational reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business growth.
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience managing Amazon Private Label brands.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations.
• Experience creating original product listings—not copying or replicating competitor ("me-too") listings.
• Knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, listing optimization, and catalog management.
• Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and account health metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon PPC is a plus.
• Knowledge of product launch strategies and ranking techniques.
• Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar e-commerce software.
• Experience working with international Amazon marketplaces is an advantage.
  
  

Compensation

• Salary: PKR 65,000 – 75,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
