Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About The Role

We're looking for an Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to own our email marketing channel and top-of-funnel lead generation efforts. You'll design, execute, and optimize campaigns that nurture prospects through the funnel, working closely with sales, content, and design teams to hit pipeline and revenue targets. This role is ideal for someone who's equal parts strategic and hands-on—comfortable building automated workflows one day and analyzing campaign performance the next.

What you'll do

• Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, product updates, promotions)
• Develop and manage lead generation campaigns across email, landing pages, and forms
• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
• Segment and manage email lists to improve targeting and deliverability
• A/B test subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to improve open/click-through rates
• Collaborate with sales to define lead scoring criteria and ensure smooth MQL-to-SQL handoff
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, pipeline contribution)
• Maintain email deliverability best practices and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR
  
  

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing and/or demand generation
• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and list hygiene
• Experience with A/B testing and using data to optimize campaign performance
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.)
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Analytical mindset with comfort in reporting on KPIs and campaign ROI
