QA Analyst

About The Role

Software Finder is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Business Development and Customer Success teams by ensuring high-quality vendor management processes after lead allocation. This role focuses on monitoring vendor performance, auditing service quality, and resolving vendor-related issues to protect compliance with Software Finder's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and compliance with Software Finder's quality standards.
• Conduct quality audits of vendor interactions, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
• Manage and investigate vendor-related issues, including refunds, complaints, disputes, and escalations, while ensuring timely resolution.
• Work closely with BD/CS and Operations teams to enhance vendor retention, engagement, and overall experience.
• Prepare quality reports, track KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements to optimize vendor satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of QA findings, vendor performance, and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across vendor management processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance, vendor management, or a client/vendor-facing role, preferably within SaaS, digital marketing, lead generation, or B2B services.
• Strong understanding of quality audit frameworks, vendor performance metrics, and dispute/escalation resolution.
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Comfortable working with CRMs, reporting tools, and internal documentation systems.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and accountable in follow through.
