Key Responsibilities

  • Process Group Health, Group Life Claims and Refund Payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage Inpatient and Out-Patient Health Claims Payments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee Individual Policy Payments, maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies.
  • Reconcile Management Information Systems (MIS) with the General Ledger, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Implement automation solutions with technical team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve payment-related issues and improve processes.
  • Prepare summaries of policy payments, providing insights to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the life insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of claims and payment processes, including relevant regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in Life Insurance Company.
