Our client Nida Engineering is hiring a FEMALE OFFICE ASSISTANT / ACCOUNTANT in Karachi.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Assist with financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Manage office communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and mail handling.
- Assist in preparing financial documents and spreadsheets.
- Support management in various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant software such as QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on the computer.
- Occasionally required to move or transport light office equipment or supplies.
