Position Purpose:
We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Finance Executive to assist our ambitious Finance team and provide assistance to the financial institution while learning of its operations and complexities. In this role, you will be observing different aspects of accounting, portfolio management, and financial reporting.


Education & Professional Qualification:
Degree(s)/Major(s): 4 years BBA/ MBA from a reputed local/foreign University
Certification(s): NA




Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with data entry and maintaining financial records
  
• Keeping accurate records of all daily transactions
  
• Conducting market research and creating reports
  
• Providing support for financial planning and budgeting
  
• Petty cash Management
  
• Participating in meetings and presenting findings to team members
  
• Assisting with the creation of financial models and projections
  
• Learning about financial industry regulations and best practices
  
• Participating in training sessions and learning about different financial products and services
  
• Reconcile bank statements
  
• Provide general accounting support
  
• Provide support for the annual budgeting process
  
• Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects
  
• Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team

Requirements

• Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of financial regulations.
  
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
  
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance Function and duties.
  
• Basic understanding of financial principles and concepts.
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  
• Able to collect, evaluate, and interpret data in both statistical and narrative form.
  
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn.
