We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across technical and non-technical functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and interview schedules
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the ATS
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer rollout process
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, and hiring events
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best hiring practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles is preferred
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.)
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience recruiting for the gaming, software, or technology industry
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and hiring metrics
- Experience with employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
