Job Overview

Manage the receipt, storage, and issue of materials and equipment, maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring availability for fuel retail operations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, spares, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock in the system (ERP/SAP).
• Issue materials against approved requisitions and track consumption.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and raise replenishment requests for critical items.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of fuel-related materials and spares.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams on deliveries and shortages.
• Maintain HSE and housekeeping standards in the store/warehouse.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of storekeeping/inventory experience (fuel retail, oil & gas or construction preferred).
• Proficiency in ERP/inventory systems and strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of stock control, material handling, and safe storage practices.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
