Hashtag Media is a creative digital agency specializing in web design, web development, branding, and digital marketing. We are looking for an experienced and highly strategic Freelance Platform Manager to take full ownership of our Fiverr and Upwork profiles. In this role, your primary focus will be on platform SEO, algorithm optimization, and lead generation. You will not be required to handle direct client communication; instead, you will manage and coordinate a team of virtual assistants (agents) who take over client handling once a lead is generated.

• Fiverr Management & Optimization: Create, manage, and continuously optimize Fiverr gigs. Conduct deep keyword research to rank gigs on the first page, monitor algorithm changes, and execute strategies to maintain high visibility.
• Upwork Profile & Proposal Mastery: Oversee and optimize Upwork profiles for maximum search visibility. Write highly converting, customized proposals for targeted jobs to drive inbound leads.
• Team Leadership (VAs/Agents): Manage a team of virtual assistants who handle direct client communications. Ensure agents are responding promptly, following up on leads generated by your proposals/gigs, and successfully closing deals.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the analytics of all profiles (impressions, clicks, conversion rates) and provide direction to the agents based on incoming traffic.
  
  

What Is NOT Required

You will not be communicating directly with clients or managing the actual project deliverables. Your core job is ranking the profiles, securing the leads, and ensuring the agents handle the clients effectively.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Proven, documented experience ranking gigs on Fiverr and optimizing Upwork profiles.
• Expertise in writing winning Upwork proposals that convert views into interviews.
• Strong understanding of platform terms of service, SEO, and algorithm behaviors.
• Leadership or management experience, with the ability to oversee and direct virtual assistants.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple profiles simultaneously.
  
  

Note: This is a hybrid role, primarily remote, with six working days a week. However, the employee is required to attend the office as needed or when requested by the management.

Strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, target-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage teams and multiple platforms effectively.Experience with Fiverr and Upwork analytics, platform SEO, proposal optimization, lead generation, and managing virtual assistants. Familiarity with digital agency services such as web development, design, branding, and digital marketing is a plus. Professional creative environment
