Overview

Design, develop, and scale a sophisticated healthcare application using the latest technologies. This is a unique opportunity to build systems that combine real-time transcription, multilingual processing, AI, and healthcare compliance into an intuitive solution.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to architect, develop, and deploy scalable and secure full-stack applications
  • Implement front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, Typescript, ShadCN and TailwindCSS for a seamless user experience
  • Develop robust back-end services with NestJS, integrating AI and NLP models
  • Work on database architecture with Postgres and potentially SurrealDB
  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments in cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS)
  • Develop and maintain mono-repo setups using TurboRepo or NX
  • Collaborate on model fine-tuning pipelines with Python, Hugging Face, PyTorch, and related tools
  • Work on backend infrastructure for AI models using Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
  • Contribute to ensuring compliance with HIPAA and SOC2 standards
  • Optimize for performance across platforms, including preparing for mobile development with React Native and C++
  • Assist in developing innovative NLP solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of our AI systems

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with modern technologies
  • Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and NestJS
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS)
  • Familiarity with SQL databases (Postgres) and modern alternatives (e.g., SurrealDB)
  • Experience with mono-repo management tools like TurboRepo or NX
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices and data protection (e.g., HIPAA compliance)
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML tools such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, and NLP pipelines
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Experience building mobile apps with React Native or native iOS/Android
  • Knowledge of C++ for mobile device optimization and WebAssembly
  • Understanding of healthcare data interoperability standards like FHIR & HL7
