Fullstack Engineer (Python + ReactJs)

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience who will develop front-end and back-end components; integrate APIs, AI services, and data systems; ensure application performance and usability; and support testing and iterative enhancements for our Data Quality Rules platform. This engineer will own the application end to end, from React UI to FastAPI services to data integrations, and will be central to how the platform is built, scaled, and continuously improved.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end components using React JS, including dashboards, workflow/collaboration UI, admin screens, and a rules testing sandbox.
• Develop back-end components using Python and FastAPI, including authentication (Entra ID, JWT validation, RBAC), PostgreSQL data models, and core business APIs.
• Integrate APIs across the platform, connecting front-end interfaces with backend services for rules, exceptions, comments, notifications, assignments, and reporting.
• Integrate AI services for completion, extraction, summarization, and anomaly detection suggestions, and surface these capabilities through the application UI.
• Integrate data systems, including PostgreSQL, Snowflake (read-only validation queries), and Postgres-to-Snowflake background sync for downstream reporting.
• Ensure application performance and usability, including responsiveness, load handling, and intuitive UX across all user-facing features.
• Support testing and iterative enhancements by writing automated tests (frontend and backend), participating in performance tuning, monitoring, and production hardening, and iterating based on feedback.
• Implement reporting/export features and SLA logic.
  
  

Requirements

• 4-7 years of full stack engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React JS for front-end development
• Strong Python expertise, with hands-on experience in FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL experience
• Experience building and integrating secure APIs
• Experience integrating AI/LLM services into application workflows
• Experience with background jobs, schedulers, queues, or worker processes
• Experience integrating with cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to own features end to end, from schema to API to UI to deployment
• Comfortable using modern AI tools like Claude and Cursor and able to extract maximum productivity with them
• Experience with AWS services such as ECS, RDS, S3, Secrets Manager, SES, and CloudWatch
• Familiarity with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
• Familiarity with structured API logging and observability practices
• Experience working in enterprise internal tools, workflow systems, or data quality platforms
